5)the activation code because we don't have any other personal data available to respect your privacy. Please follow this instructions to find the activation code in your application:

-IOS: ( we need it only if the expiry date isn't updated and the “restore purchases” option doesn't work)

  • Open the app then the menu by tapping the Top-Left icon in the Main Screen
  • Click the icon with the double square (copy icon)
  • Paste the username and then copy it in our ticket.

-Android: ( we need it only if the expiry date isn't updated and the “restore purchases” option doesn't work)

  • Open the app then the menu by tapping the Top-Left icon in the Main Screen
  • Click the icon with the double square (copy icon)
  • Paste the username and then copy it in our ticket.

-Windows:

on Windows, Kindly launch the VPNoneClick application then click on the menu icon located on the top left and send us your activation code.

- On Windows mobile:

please open the app and send us your username.

- on Mac:

  • Open the app then the menu by tapping the Top-Left icon in the Main Screen
  • Click the icon with the double square (copy icon)
  • Paste the username and then copy it in our ticket

- on Linux:

Open the app vpn one click,click “subscribe 1 month” ,Choose paypal, and please send us the paypal link, inside that link there is your activation code (you don't need to pay again)

- on B1:

please describe the issue with all the details, and send us the UID (mac address), you can find it on the bottom of the B1 web page. _
